Portland, OR- Multnomah County District Court Judge Jenna Plank sentenced Deming Oakleaf, 32-years-old to Life in Prison for the murder of Roman Shulishov near the victim’s Portland area home on Fedbruary 23, 2025.
The defendant will be able to ask the parole board for release after serving 25 years.
